IT Support Hub

As part of Newcastle University’s IT service, there is now an IT Support Hub available at the Frederick Douglass Centre. This is in addition to the existing Service Bar at the Philip Robinson Library.  

The new location at the Frederick Douglass Centre (FDC) provides a welcoming space for students and staff to access a wide range of IT support and advice from the Service Bar, which can be accessed either as a drop in, or by booking an appointment on their dedicated site. 

Students and staff can access in-person IT support at this location between 09.30 to 16.30, Monday to Friday (term time) at:
